 Account Information: Name, professional email, and organization details required for account activation via our secure organization-specific codes.
 Connected Data (Integrations): When you connect data sources (e.g., CSV, API, or database), we collect the data necessary to perform the requested analytics.
2.2 Technical Information (Automatically Collected):

 Security Logs: We track IP addresses, access timestamps, and browser types strictly for security auditing and to prevent unauthorized access.
  Usage Analytics: Internal data on platform feature usage to improve our processing speed and recommendation engine.
3. Data Security & Architecture

We implement "Security by Design" to protect your commercial interests:

  Network Layer: All traffic is routed through Cloudflare with mandatory TLS 1.3 encryption and DNS proxy protection.
  Database Layer: All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. We utilize Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that data is strictly isolated; users can only access data belonging to their specific authorized organization.
  Access Control: Platform access requires an organization-specific activation code and authenticated login credentials.
4. AI and Machine Learning Policy

DatumIQ does not use Customer Data to train, improve, or fine-tune our global foundation models. Your data ingestion is used exclusively to generate insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for your organization. Any AI-driven analysis is performed within your secure environment.

We do not sell your data. We only share information:

  With sub-processors (e.g., Supabase, Cloudflare) strictly necessary to provide the service.
  To comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of DatumIQ and our users.

As an enterprise user, you maintain ownership of your data. You may disconnect integrations or request the deletion of your processed data at any time.
